Super Mario Sunshine Cutscene freeze

What step(s) will reproduce the problem?
1. game loads up fine, high level patch with "No" selected for interrupts
2. I get through the water cannon tutorial and right after the scene where 
Mario is sitting in jail it freezes after the cannon says "island" everytime

What console are you running Swiss on (Wii/GC)? Wii

What version of Swiss are you using? latest r62

What disc was in the drive if any? Super Smash Bros Melee

What device was the data being loaded from (SD/HDD/DVD/DVD-R)? SDHC

Please provide any additional information below.
As the prepatcher is now integrated I'm not sure if it was patched or not as I 
couldn't find the setting, but the compatibility list said it would work either 
way. Oh and the game is NTSC

Do you have a clean rip? I have no issues playing this game with Swiss
