Spyro - A Heros Tail [PAL] not working #68

What step(s) will reproduce the problem?
1. high and low patching doesnt help
2. freezes at licensed by nintendo screen
3. running without disc inserted on wii via sd gecko, for info v94 doesnt work 
without disc inserted only v93 works for me
