request: GBA flashing #96

If the Game Boy Player + a compatible flash cart is detected, it allows you to 
flash a GBA ROM from the SDGecko.

A lot of flash carts could be supported, but i'm especially interested in the 
EZ-Flash 3in1 (PSRAM mode).

Unfortunately it's way beyond my area of expertise, and the GB Player is 
grossly undocumented.
