Tales of Symphonia: Video problems when forced into 480p #97

What step(s) will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up Swiss via the Homebrew Channel on Wii.
2. Insert or make sure to have Tales of Symphonia, PAL version inside.
3. Set to 480p and start the game by booting from disc.

What console are you running Swiss on (Wii/GC)?
Wii

What version of Swiss are you using?
0.3 r174

What disc was in the drive if any?
Tales of Symphonia PAL retail disc. (Disc 1 or 2)

What device was the data being loaded from (SD/HDD/DVD/DVD-R)?
DVD

Please provide any additional information below.
Trying to force the game into 480p isn't possible without video issues, like a
horizontal line going through the middle of the screen and part of the bottom
of the screen is cut off in menus. Trying to force 480i just makes it 576i.
Tried all the patch options. My ambition is to achieve NTSC speed, and ideally
with progressive scan. According to the forced progressive scan compatibility
list, r134 should work. Any chance to find that anywhere?
Any help appreciated!
