Undo button #47

Add a button to delete the last entered result. It's easy to make mistakes so why not give the user a chance to delete the previous thing they did.

I currently get asked to undo something about once a month and it takes a few minutes each time.

Would actually be nice if this wasn't hidden behind an admin page so re-opening to track that it would be a nice feature for all users.
