Currently, only questions that are "approved" are searchable. Ideally, all questions would be searchable. Often questions are "rejected" simply because we don't want them to appear in the scroll of answers because they're too specific, or redundant/similar to a previous question. But it would be great if they were still searchable, and thus retrievable for Oli to relay it to a student who asks.
