If installation failed with auto-cpufreq-installer,have you tried installing auto-cpufreq using Snap package?
There's no reply if you tried using the installer in case snap package failed and vice versa.
In meantime closing the issue due to inactivity.

I installed autocpu freq without snap and it is showing some python error
