Support Linux Mint "victoria" #853

I've added Linux Mint "victoria" to the list, installed the displaylink driver, and verified that it works (linux kernel 6.2.0-25-generic)

Hi @ruudbeukema, I've opened up another PR #871, that adds support both Victoria and Faye. Would you mind closing yours, since both PRs will change the same lines and therefore will lead to conflicts?
