Have you tried fresh install and upgrade? There are a lot of issues that can be solved by doing fresh image install then upgrade to the latest beta. May I know the link for v5.1.3-beta5? that I can also test it? I am actively monitoring beta release and testing it that we can help accelerate the development process.

I always do a clean install and no no to update. I downgrade to 5.1.1. Good luck on double ip in beta5 here is the link: https://github.com/AdoPiSoft/Beta-Releases/releases/download/v5.1.3-beta5/adopisoft-5.1.3-beta5-amd64-node-v16.4.0.deb
