More precise versioning documentation #118

At least in the main README.md it would help if the CEP versions (i.e. CEP 7.0, 6.1, …) would not only correlate to Adobe versions like 2015.x etc, but also the per-application versions like IDSN 12.x. Or, if such information exists (in a table somewhere) then embed that table or add a link.

This is valuable information, considering that a CEP’s CSXS/manifest.xml requires such host information as

<Host Name="IDSN" Version="[11.0,12.9]" />

and it’s difficult to relate this versioning to the one in the main README.md which refers only to CEP versions and annual application versions.

But CEP's versions are not mentioned there.
