Documentation folder is in a misleading place #226

Almost every time I'm in this directory looking for the CEP cookbook, I think I'm going to find it in this documentation folder: CEP-Resources/Documentation/

The only things in that directory are a 4 year old document about InDesign and some documentation about Bridge: CEP-Resources/Documentation/Bridge/CEP_9_Extensions_Cookbook_Bridge.pdf

What I would expect to find, based on the naming scheme, is the CEP documentation that's located here: CEP-Resources/CEP_9.x/Documentation/

Could we move the documents inside the misleading top level "Documentation" folder somewhere else? Perhaps: CEP-Resources/Bridge/Documentation/CEP_9_Extensions_Cookbook_Bridge.pdf

@ErinFinnegan we have tried to fix this with the latest update. Can you take a look and suggest if more changes are needed.
