This is an issue regarding:

consolidateProject command not working by many files https://github.com/Adobe-CEP/Samples/blob/master/PProPanel/jsx/PPRO/Premiere.jsx#L1726

CEP version: 9.2 Premiere Pro 2020

See my forum response; if you can provide a project w/media, and the projectManager settings you're using, we'll pursue it further. As mentioned there: projectManager is designed to fail out, when it detects potentially incompatible /incongruent settings.
