Description of the issue
Platform : Windows 10 Pro / 19041.630
Followings steps to install the sample extension : CEP_10.x\Samples\CEP_HTML_Test_Extension-10.0
1/ Modified value in regedit (HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Adobe/CSXS.10)
2/ Putting the sample in "C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions"
3/ Launching Animate CC 21
No extension mounted in windows/extensions/

4 / Modifying
<RequiredRuntime Name="CSXS" Version="9.0"/>
with
<RequiredRuntime Name="CSXS" Version="10.0"/>
5 / relaunch AnCC 21 >> Got the extension in Windows/extensions!
I suppose that is not a big bug, but I've restarted AnCC with a lot of different configuration (others folders , changing folder name, change the "FLPR" version in manifest ...), hope it can help.
