Make Generic Lists Localised Title as Collapsible or Optional #2764

In 5.1.0, Localized title support is enabled for Generic List. Can we make it as collapsible to make it author friendly.

@kishore94kumar Please upgrade to latest 5.2.0 release and Localization is disabled by default. If needed one can enable, steps are in https://github.com/Adobe-Consulting-Services/acs-aem-commons/pull/2788#issuecomment-1048944686
