Dispatcher flush Rules not showing up on AEM as a cloud Service using ACS Commons Version 5.2.0 #2798

Required Information

[ ] AEM Version, including Service Packs, Cumulative Fix Packs, etc: AEM as a Cloud Service
[ ] ACS AEM Commons Version: 5.2.0
[ ] Reproducible on Latest? yes

Expected Behavior

We have installed ACS Commons version 5.2.0 on AEM as a cloud Service . We are trying to use "dispatcher flush rules" utility https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/dispatcher-flush-rules/index.html but its not showing in the list of features on Acs AEM commons.

Actual Behavior

dispatcher flush rules should show in the list of features

This is on the AEM SDK:

You cannot get to the actual OSGI console on true AEM CS in the Cloud, so you'd configure these via OSGi configuration files in your project.

What exactly arent you seeing?
