Incorporate new features of RCP #224

The following new features should be incorporated:

  1. Restarting finished/stopped tasks
  2. Allow to set filter.xml
  3. Allow to set connection options (timeouts, TLS settings)
  4. Set credentials for existing tasks

These are provided by FileVault RCP through https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCRVLT-449 (1, 4), https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCRVLT-437 (2) and https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCRVLT-419 (3)
