Redirects manager missing thumbnail #216

Unfortunately 543bcbc8450d1535d144a3e5493739996f51ce63 introduced a couple of regressions:

  1. thumbnail was occasionally removed. Restored in this PR
  2. links in TOC had .md extensions which resulted in 404. Changed to .html

@davidjgonzalez please push it to the web site
