Content Fragment Extension v1 not compatible with AEM 6.3 + SP2 #19

It appears that the Content Fragment Component Is not compatible with AEM 6.3 + SP2. Because of this FP19008 is required as an additional install. It is expected that fully compatible feature pack will be released shortly and that using FP19008 is just a temporary work around to continue with the tutorial.
