Merge ui.content with the corresponding module from aem-sample-we-retail-commons #106

Since this project doesn't work without aem-sample-we-retail-commons being also installed on the AEM instance, the ui.content submodule should be merged into the aem-sample-we-retail-commons project.

After some consideration I think the better solution is to make sure that the two projects don't override each other's content.
