Updating documentation for resetIdentities API for Edge Identity to add additional information about usage and effects.

@calebk1 Just wanted a double check on the added text please! Also do you know if there should be a period at the end of full sentence bullet points? I added them in this case because other places in the docs seem to use them but just wanted to make sure.
