This PR updates the Identity for Edge Network extension's: Homepage:

API documentation to include setAdvertisingIdentifier:

Examples for Android (Java and Kotlin) and iOS (Swift and Obj-C), using the API documentation from the Identity Edge repos as the base.

See MOB-16626 for additional task details.

@timkimadobe thanks for all the updates. Merging this one for the release, looks like couple updates were missed so let's take those in a small PR.
