Initial content updates to support changes as part of NGC. There are document links needed for documentation that is not yet published.

Updated all instances of Adobe I/O Console in all docs to Adobe Developer Console. I also added a goURL for the UI (devs_console_ui) so that when the console URL change is made these links can be easily updated with one change to the goURL only.
