explain how to change templates internal names and last modified field #19

Issue in ./help/message-center/using/publishing-message-templates.md

Could the following instructions be added to this page:

  1. Change the last modified field in the templates to be unique and republish them
  2. Change the templates' internal names?

These steps can be used to troubleshoot event/content issues.
