Clarify requirements for configuring IMS integration #30

Issue in ./help/getting-started/adobe-ims-config.md

To configure integrations for an Adobe Enterprise organization or team using the Adobe Developer Console, an Adobe Admin user requires either System Administrator or Developer access to the organization.

The current requirements don't specify this.

From Getting Started in the Adobe Developer Console Guide.

Users who already belong to an Adobe enterprise or team organization, require either System Administrator or Developer permissions in order to access the Adobe Developer Console. More information about user management can be found in the Adobe Admin Console guide.
