Hi @Footshop-Andy , you've uncovered a bug with how links to non-head1s in an index file resolve. The link is syntactically correct, but it doesn't resolve.

We prefer to use relative links instead of hard links, and we found a solution that allows us to continue with that practice. Since the import-api.md had the exact same problem, I fixed that as well.
