deprecated locations referenced #341

Issue in ./help/sites-developing/components-basics.md In this section: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/developing/components/components-basics.html?lang=en#design-dialogs You mention editing this location: /etc/designs/<yourProject>/jcr:content/<yourTemplate>/par However, according to this page that location is deprecated: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/deploying/restructuring/sites-repository-restructuring-in-aem-6-4.html?lang=en#static-template-designs We should instead be using: /apps/settings/wcm/designs/ Can you verify the instructions are still valid? And if so, if the par directory mentioned doesn't exist, does it need to be created?

Apart from that, there also needs to be some wording including as to why you would use either of the two options listed for adding your component to the paragraph system in the section "Adding your Component to the Paragraph System"
