Issue in ./help/implementing/cloud-manager/sla-reporting.md

As per the investigation done by Support in the [Redacted], it has been found "I checked this with the Engineering and discovered that the SLA report generation happen each month after a specific day and it will generate for new programs that are marked as Production previous month. It's not instantly happening."
