Syncing workflows on cloud #51

Issue in ./help/sites-cloud/administering/workflows-administering.md Can we get a section on the process to sync workflows on cloud. For non-cloud instances, you must follow this process: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/developing/extending-aem/extending-workflows/workflows-models.html?lang=en#sync-your-workflow-generate-a-runtime-model

But for cloud instances, if you follow that process, you will need to resync the workflow after each pipeline execution. So need a separate section for cloud on how to sync workflows since we are seeing tickets on the subject.
