Update uifrontend.md #12

Link to docs is dead as there is no ui.frontend directory anymore - instead there now exists ui.frontend.angular, ui.frontend.general and ui.frontend.react. I figured that the general-one would suit best as replacement.

That's right @InsOpDe. Looks like when I made the updates for the new modules, I checked all links but those that are external. Thanks for catching that and I will get it fixed.

This was already fixed with commit 0e1f26e1032812a36ea6a30532ce40dafa903536
