Add note for need of the Accept header to avoid getting legacy formats #54

Since the Accept header is required for content negotiation, it should be clearly mentioned in this doc.

After review by our engineering teams, it was concluded that this is an implementation detail that we will not document. This detail is not relevant to the user if the Image Core Component is extended, which is the recommended extension pattern.
