Hi,
I live in Brazil. Today I tried to watch the video again..... It loads well but suddenly it breaks.... I reload the page and see a result like I put in the picture.
I have 100M of bandwidth (fiber to home) and it is running perfectly high now while this problem happens.
Notice that is only the video inside the page that breaks

I tried to watch the video through the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

I am trying to do the initial setup on Visual Studio Code following the step-by-step video on this link: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/local-development-environment-set-up/development-tools.html#
However, the video is interrupted all the time, staying frozen. It is not my internet connection because I am monitoring it and I have fiber to home. I can reload all the pages and access 4k YouTube videos very easily but, I lost count of the times I tried to see this video. The freezing happens at different times during my watching of the video. When it happens I try to reload the page, the page is reloaded but all three videos (VS Code, IntelliJ, and Eclipse are not). I have to reload many times and wait until the videos appear again on the page for me to see. Until now, I could not see the video entirely. Could you help me?
