Issue in ./help/identity-service/ecid.md

In the field we often get questions related to

what are the various methods by which an ECID is set?
What happens if a client blocks cookies - how is ECID set?
How is ECID set in mobile apps and mobile web?
Is the ECID generated client side or server side?
How does first party CNAME entries affect ECID generation?

Would be great to have some of this information added to this guide.
