Page section repeated by mistake #367

Issue in ./help/web-sdk/faq.md

Looks like https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/web-sdk/faq#support-internet-explore has the first part of "Supporting Internet Explorer" section twice by mistake.
