Issue in ./help/using/start/ai-assistant.md

I got guidance that we should update "Concept questions" to "Product knowledge"

So the only place it looks like we need to update is:

"Concept questions (General Availability) Concept questions are about Adobe concepts related to aspects of Adobe Journey Optimizer. Some examples of concept questions include:"

to

"Product knowledge (General Availability) Product knowledge questions are about Adobe concepts related to aspects of Adobe Journey Optimizer. Some examples of product knowledge questions include:"

Another clarification I got, we shouldn't refer to it as the AI Assistant in AJO, like I had been previously told. It should be the AI assistant in Experience Platform. So we need to change the title fo the article
