Enhancement - make Docs “Mobile 1st” #25

Expected Behaviour

the api docs on mobile should layout clearly and be easily searchable and readable

Actual Behaviour

The left hand panel takes over the majority of screen (consider using a hamburger menu?) the search ‘clear’ button hit area seems offset when mobile is horizontal(hard to tap). In horizontal orientation, consider using full width of device. Increasing Font size might improve accessibility?

We have not had a chance to test it out on mobile, so thank you for the feedback @pdkn ! We will update the docs soon with a fix for the layout on mobile as well.
