Updating Existing Recipes to Incorporate DOM Versioning Changes

Description

This PR updates the existing recipes based on the InDesign DOM versioning changes which were shipped in InDesign version 18.4.

The existing recipes do not take into account the DOM versioning changes. Modifying the existing recipes to work fine with InDesign 18.4 onwards.

How Has This Been Tested?

The updated recipes have been tested with InDesign version 18.4 and 18.5. All the script snippets are working as expected now. Have also built the repo locally to verify the changes.
