Description

Fixes the site's runtime by reverting from Gatsby release 4.23.0 to 4.22.0.

Related Issue

Runtime is broken.

Motivation and Context

Runtime is broken by Gatsby's 4.23.0 release.

How Has This Been Tested?

On the site itself, running the fix locally.
