Issue in /src/pages/uxp/reference-js/Modules/uxp/Persistent File Storage/File.md

In this section of the page it says: "See readOnly and readWrite." Those links are 404

I confirmed that this is still the case with the new update and am moving this issue to the appropriate repo.
