How to generate phoneme for a new word #5

Hi, It seems to be generating alignments from a dictionary of word->phoneme pairs. But I would like to generate phoneme for a new word. How to do it?

This is just an aligner. You can feed the output to phone tissue us or some other joint sequence trainer.
