@kittylyst Is this for Linux x86 only?
Initially, Linux x86 would be great.
For now is x86 only, we’ll do the others once things gets integrated into main line.

this was discussed on the TSC call, no objections to building (so far).

User @neugens is shepherding a backport of Flight Recorder to Java 8 (code provided by Azul and AliBaba)
One of the key steps will be to regression / performance test the impact of the patch. I have teams willing to undertake the donkey work of A/B testing, but would be greatly facilitated by AdoptOpenJDK 8+JFR binaries.
Can binaries be made available once the backport patch is ready and in an accessible source repo?
