Entity List does not display on certain page templates #109

When an entity list is configured on a web page, the entity list doesn't get rendered on certain page templates. For example it does render when using the Page template, but it doesn't render when using the Full Page template.

It appears that they render on ASPX page templates that use the ~/MasterPages/WebFormsContent.master master page, but not ones that use the ~/MasterPages/WebForms.master master page.
