Hi,

this might be a bug in the JavaScript of the standard form for Entity Form Metadata. I have observerd the following:

created new Entity Form Metadata record of type "Notes"
in the settings section "Create Dialog Options", disabled the function "Display Attach File" by putting the value from "true" to "false"
saved the record
reloaded the record
the value "Display Attach File" switches automatically from "false" to "true"
this behaviour can also be provoked by using the "Refresh View" functionality in the top right corner of the web resource

Can you provide a screenshot of the field which you're referring to? I can't find the settings with the names you're referring to.

To set some expectations, it's unlikely we'll be able to make any changes to fix this issue. The managed solutions which contain Dynamics 365 solution components, including entity schema and web resources, weren't included in the open source release by Microsoft. No announcements have been made to indicate updated versions of the solutions downloaded from the Microsoft download site will be made available.
