Changelogs:

Made it give you only the configuration item when it's your first time joining.
Recreated detecting weather. Use function AnglersDesire/reload to update the latest scripts.
Fixed function AnglersDesire/reload_hook recursively calling itself, and not doing anything.
Compatibility with Tacos Fish
Nautilus Shell can now only be fished in the ocean.
Made Rare, and Very Rare fish stop spawning naturally.

Note: Make sure to make this above taco's fish, if you have taco's fish installed.
