🐛 Wrong deployment in AWA #386

Describe the bug

Deployment with cibroke (no package-json), it deploys all the functions without dependencies. Awa is down.

Next Step

There will be one PR to put Awa back on track, but that won't close the issue. We have to thing about processes to avoid this situation in the future.

Pour une raison inconnue, pas besoin de build avec SAM (pire que ça, le build ne fonctionne jamais, j'ai essayé yarn workspace et nx mais impossible à set correctement)

Pour l'instant ça marche avec un banal SAM DEPLOY
