Muellerconvolver comparison #23

These are the changes which make the beamconv results match those from MuellerConvolver.

The index changes should probably go into beamconv; I'm not sure about the swap between m and p components, however.

The remaining changes just remove an obsoleted keyword.

I added the most recent version of mueller_convolver and the comparison script, so we can work on this together. This will probably have to be removed again before merging.
