possible problem with loadLocalURL and flex placation #23

Good afternoon,
I am trying to get a the StageWebViewBridge to work so that i can call 
JavaScript function within my as3 and also have listen for when things are 
complete. 
I can get everything working with laodURL but i can't seem to be able to call 
the javascript functions.
When ever I try and use the LoadLocalURL i get the Error #2044: Unhandled 
ErrorEvent:. text=Load error.
I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong or if i miss using the examples that 
i have gotten off the website. I have attached a the fxp of the project. I am 
using flex 4.6.0 and flash builder 4.6 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
