remove verification-metadata file #30

Thought that this file is just a pain to maintain and had a lot of issues being able to verify certain dependencies. Is it really needed for a simple plugin? If not, then just remove

This was required at one point before it could be merged by the Runelite devs due to external dependencies. I think this plugin was actually the reason they added the section about dependency verification in the docs.

If you have some information on any changes to this policy please let me know, otherwise we cannot remove this file unfortunately.

Oh yeah I see now. Third party dependencies have to be verified, however the build.gradle does not follow the template runelite has provided on their plugin-hub repo. I'll take a look at it later. Am just trying to figure out a workaround for the jagex account issue.
