All the &s generated evoke validator.w3.org errors because & should be & in 
HTML links. Don't 
know whether this is intended, wouldn't know why.

Google Chart API guide says to use "&" in the urls (see bottom of URL 
Formatting: http://code.google.com/apis/chart/#url_format )

here's a simple find-and-replace patch for gChart2.php

I think I fixed this in rev. 14, but I will keep this issue open to be sure 
this is
fixed.
