require_once('utility.php') in gChart2.php but utility.php not provided #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Include gChart2.php in any php page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: working
Actual: require fails for utility.php

Thats util.php as well, not utility.php
