Computes Intrinsic Top Of Atmosphere Reflectances (ITOAR) and effective Solar Zenith Angles (SZA) and Observation Zenith Angles (OZA). Then used as inputs for sice.py in order to obtain slope-corrected snow Specific Surface Area (SSA) and spectral albedo. Currently only applied to bands 17 and 21.
